What We Do
A 501c3, created in 1984 to develop & promote wheelchair tennis, The Dallas Wheelchair Tennis Club is the birthplace of wheelchair tennis in Texas. The DWTC offers year-round programming that is mostly free & includes beginners' clinics, advanced training, league play, integrated up-down events, & exhibitions. We also host the oldest tournament in wheelchair tennis history, 43 years. The Texas Open Wheelchair Championships was established in 1981. The DWTC always strives to create opportunities to improve the physical & emotional qualities of life for people with disabilities.
